I returned two items per USPS, exactly per Campsaver\'s instructions. After two weeks I had never received a refund. I sent multiple emails to customer service (with NO replies) over the course of five days. When they finally did reply, I was told they \"don\'t refund items they haven\'t received\". I checked with the USPS, and I was assured that if my parcel had not been delivered to Campsaver, it would definitely have been returned to me. I passed this info on to Campsaver...what do you know, the same day my parcel was mysteriously \"found\" and I was credited.
