Today we have 11 stores located throughout Colorado and an award winning website cataloging over 4000 products from Tumi, Victorinox, Eagle Creek, Samsonite and many more.
Policies:
Return policy from their site: Returned items must be new, unused, and in unworn condition. This means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the item must not have been altered in any form. We cannot accept a return of any item with indication that it has been used. Also, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.
